The King Appoints New Governor of Preah Vihear Province

PHNOM PENH: The King of Cambodia, His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, has ordered the appointment of Kim Rithy as Governor of Preah Vihear Province, replacing the previous Governor, Prak Sovann.

In a Royal Decree signed on Wednesday, 27 July 2022, King Norodom Sihamoni ordered the appointment of Kim Rithy to the rank of Senior Official Level 3 as the Governor of the Board of Governors of Preah Vihear Province, and instructed Prime Minister Hun Sen to be in charge of implementing the Royal Decree from the day it is signed.
